PRWeek does a follow-up on the Domino's You Tube fiasco and the PR response. Interesting how Domino's used its advertising agency to launch the online (Twitter, mostly) effort. Where was the AOR for PR? It once was Ketchum, then Splash. Anyone? Were they caught without an agency on board?
And, it's interesting to see how a NYC PR agency markets itself via the comments area of this story. The agency used the comments are on PRWeek to alert folks to its interview on Inside Edition. Nice!
